I am a Registered Nurse and a Certified Personal Trainer. I graduated as a Massage Therapist from James Rumsey Technical Institute December 2017. I am a licensed in West Virginia. I have studied the Capstone Method under Chris Crawford LMT in Shepherdstown WV since graduation. I am passionate about structural bodywork and natural therapies as a self-healing choice.
My areas of training include joint mobilization, soft tissue, pelvic and rib dysfunction. I use muscle energy techniques, deep stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and deep tissue massage. These modalities are beneficial for acute and chronic back, hip and neck pain, muscle spasms, shoulder/knee/elbow issues, and medical conditions such as plantar fasciitis.
I am located in Romney WV. I am available Monday-Thursday evenings and weekends by appointment.
